| Relay Competition | A relay team consists of a swimmer, a cyclist and a runner, each only doing one discipline. The handover of the transponder (acts as the baton) is in the transition zone. Only then can the next team member start. Each participant must be at least 18 years old. A team can be made up of both genders, there are no age categories for the relay. All other competition rules still apply. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| ERDINGER Alkoholfrei TRI Open | The Celler Triathlon is part of the ERDINGER Alkoholfrei TRI Open Series. More information can be found on www.erdinger-alkoholfrei.de. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Start number | The start number must be worn on the back for cycling and then on the front for running; thus ensuring it is visibly wornat all times. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Timekeeping | The timekeeping is done by transponder (swim, bike and run split). The transponders must be handed in immediatley after the finish. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| DTU Race Order | The knowledge of the DTU Race Order is assumed. (German Triathlon Union www.dtu-info.de) | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Equipment | Wet suits are allowed and recommended if the water temperature is below 22°C! Wearing a helmet is mandatory! (Using a bike specific helmet). |

| Conditions For Participation | The competition is open to all female and male participants for agegroup "Young People" or older. The organiser reserves the right to withdraw participants from the race if there appears to be a risk on injury or illness. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
